What is working for me

You don’t have to feel or look your age. I will share with you what I have learned through 30 years of trial and error. I read lots of articles and studies so that you don’t need to. The most interesting, doable and healthy programs I try to implement. So far, so good, I feel and look younger.

It took many years but finally it has all clicked and now I am ready to share my findings with you! This is a place where you can discover how to:

It is funny how our goals change with age:

  • 20’s and 30’s – Look good
  • 40’s – Look younger and be healthy
  • 50’s – Look younger, be healthy and live longer
It is possible to have all three!!! I will tell you how to reach these goals in a way that is easy to understand and catered to our age. Whether you are in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s I can try to help you be a better you!!!
